Job Description:

We’re working exclusively with this well-established real estate investor who has recently secured significant funding, leading to rapid growth opportunities!

This role has been created as a direct result of this growth and offers an exciting chance to join a business expected to expand vastly over the next 24 months and beyond.

You’ll need experience in property / real estate investment funds to establish new fund structures from both financial and operational perspectives.

• Partner with the MD and CEO to establish several new institutional funds
• Lead the structuring of these funds and appoint suitable third-party providers
• Implement a best-in-class finance function, including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
• Leverage technology to enhance performance reporting and capabilities
• Lead and develop an existing team, increasing team size as needed
• Manage external banking relationships and oversee funding requirements as the business grows
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
• Lead strategic growth initiatives, including outsourcing, operational structuring, and team development for scalability

Essential Experience Needed:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director
