Job Description:

We’re working exclusively with a well-established real estate investor who has recently secured significant funding, leading to substantial growth opportunities.

This role has been created as a direct result of this growth and offers an exciting opportunity to join a business expected to expand rapidly over the next 24 months and beyond.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with the MD and CEO to establish new institutional funds
• Leading the structuring of these funds and appointing third-party providers
• Implementing best practices in finance functions, including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
• Utilizing technology to enhance reporting capabilities
• Leading and developing an existing team, with plans to increase team size
• Managing banking relationships and funding requirements as the business grows
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Driving strategic growth initiatives, operational structuring, and team development for scalable growth
