Your new company
An acquisitive IT services business with multiple sites around London, experiencing a period of sustained growth and making regular acquisitions over the past 5 years. The company currently has a £20 million turnover and is now looking to hire its first FD, who will report to the owner.

Your new role
As the first FD, you will manage a team of 5 and report directly to the Owner. Your focus will be on establishing appropriate accounting processes and rigor, aligned with the business size, while providing strategic financial direction to the senior team.

Key responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the finance function
• Managing the Financial Controller
• Implementing and maintaining robust reporting controls
• Leading financial planning & analysis to deliver clear commercial insights
• Participating in strategic planning and M&A activities
• Holding director-level responsibilities in an owner-managed business
