Job summary

SF Recruitment is partnering with a private equity backed business to appoint a Finance Director in Nottinghamshire on a permanent, full-time basis. The role sits at board level, reporting to the CEO and shaping a multi-site finance function with robust reporting and scalable processes.

The successful candidate will be a technically astute ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualified accountant with multi-site and consolidation experience, and prior exposure to PE or lender backed environments is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/ACMA credentials.
• Experience in multi-site environments and consolidated group reporting.
• PE/ lender backed organisation experience advantageous.
• Experience in financial planning and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Cash flow management and working capital optimisation.
• Budgeting and forecasting across multi-entity portfolios.
• Financial reporting, analysis and consolidation.
• Oversee audit preparation and statutory compliance.
• Provide financial modelling for tenders, contracts and service development.
• Compliance and risk management.
• Team leadership and development.
• System implementation and development.
• Deputise for the CEO as required.
