Job summary

SF Recruitment is partnering with a private equity backed business to appoint a Finance Director in Nottinghamshire on a permanent, full-time basis. The role sits at board level, reporting to the CEO and shaping a multi-site finance function with robust reporting and scalable processes.

The successful candidate will be a technically astute ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualified accountant with multi-site and consolidation experience, and prior exposure to PE or lender backed environments is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/ACMA credentials.
• Experience in multi-site environments and consolidated group reporting.
• PE/ lender backed organisation experience advantageous.
• Experience in financial planning and performance analysis.

FINANCE DIRECTOR

UP TO £100,000 P/A

FULL TIME, PERMANENT

SF Recruitment is working with a private equity backed service business in search of a Finance Director to join their team in Nottinghamshire on a interim basis.

Reporting into the CEO, the Finance Director will drive forward a best-in-class finance capability across a multi-entity and multi-site portfolio. This role sits at the centre of financial operations, acting as the key business partner to the CEO and senior leadership team while ensuring robust reporting, scalable processes, and proactive performance insight across the group.

The successful Finance Director will be a motivated, technically astute qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA). You will have experience in multi-site environments and creating consolidated group reporting packs. It would be advantageous if you have worked in a PE/ lender backed organisation.
