ASC Connections is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join a growing, ambitious business in a specialist niche. You will provide strong financial leadership, manage a small finance team, and partner with the CEO and Board to drive performance and compliance.

You should be ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified (or exceptional QBE candidates) and bring hands-on expertise in management reporting, budgeting, VAT/tax, and payroll coordination.

Qualifikationen

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification preferred; QBE considered for exceptional candidates.
• Experience leading finance teams and partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Strong reporting, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Produce monthly and quarterly management accounts for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and analyse weekly sales, margin and performance reports.
• Manage month-end processes, including journals and reconciliations.
• Provide variance analysis and reporting to support CEO and Board decisions.
• Monitor budgets and lead forecasting, cash flow planning and risk analysis.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with an external provider.
• Oversee year-end accounts and statutory filings.
• MLRO responsibilities for the company.
