Job summary

Dickson O'Brien Associates Limited in Lancashire seeks a Finance Controller to join as a senior leader, partnering with the CEO, Board and Partners to shape growth.

You will own monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and lead the finance team while driving process improvements, WIP, debt and cash management, and M&A activities when needed.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification is essential.
• Strong commercial and financial leadership experience.
• Experience of working at Board, CEO or Partner level.
• Excellent business partnering and communication skills.
• Commercially focused with the confidence to influence.
• Experience of driving process and systems improvements.
• Ideally experience in M&A, due diligence and integration.

FINANCE CONTROLLER

We’re working with an established and growing professional practice to recruit an ACA or ACCA qualified Finance Controller into a key senior leadership role.

This is not just a reporting position. You’ll be a strategic partner to the CEO, Board and Partner team, providing commercial insight, driving performance and helping shape the future growth of the business.

The Role
