Qualifications

• Senior finance experience in a controller/finance manager level role.
• Strong month-end reporting and financial analysis skills.
• Experience leading a small finance team in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual management accounts with accurate reporting.
• Provide financial insight to operational teams for informed decisions.
• Lead and develop a small transactional finance team (purchase and sales ledger).
• Oversee day-to-day financial activities, controls and reporting standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency.
