Qualifications

• Significant experience in Finance Manager/Controller roles.
• Experience in manufacturing sector preferred.
• Qualified accountant with up-to-date CPD.
• ERP systems experience and strong Excel modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, ensure timely management accounts and variance analysis.
• Own balance sheet, GL integrity, and financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and intercompany activities.
• Oversee payroll, AP/AR, VAT and statutory submissions.
• Drive process improvement, standard costing and system enhancements.
