Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in London seeks a Finance Contract Support Team Lead to drive the lifecycle of a work order from inception to billing. You will oversee the team, ensure work orders are invoiced, closed and billed in line with contractual requirements, and deliver month-end billing processes and reporting.

You will also lead continuous improvement across systems and processes, manage stakeholder relationships, and support audits while ensuring accurate P&L and cash flow reporting.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) are required.
• Higher educational qualifications to A level/HNC/D or degree are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of the lifecycle of a work order through invoicing and billing.
• Lead monthly Contract and Business Unit Reviews and provide reporting on WIP, invoicing and margins.
