Job summary

BMW Group Financial Services in the UK is offering a placement year internship in Finance Collections & Recovery. The role supports process reviews, facilitates cross-department workshops, and drives improvements across Collections & Recovery while engaging multiple stakeholders.

You will work with teams on quality assurance actions, develop training materials, and take minutes for meetings, gaining exposure to multiple functions across the BMW Group Operations.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a business-related degree.
• Interest in automotive/finance industries.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage own projects autonomously.
• Innovative and creative mindset; willing to challenge norms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organisation of process review workshops and follow-up actions.
• Run a cross-departmental weekly Change Huddle to generate ideas for change.
• Support management and implementation of Business Change Enhancements in Collections & Recovery.
• Collaborate with teams on actions from Quality Assurance results.
• Assist in creating training materials for Collections & Recovery.
• Support additional projects and minute-taking.
