Job summary

BMW Group UK Finance is offering an internship in our Finance department. You will support accounting and reporting activities for BMW UK and Ireland, working with SAP Finance interfaces, and assisting with monthly management reporting packs.

You will participate in month-end processes, develop data-driven insights, and be the main contact for SAP users and intern coordination. The role requires studying for a numerical degree and pursuing ACA/ACCA/CIMA in the future.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a numerical field such as Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business.
• Strong academic results: good A-levels and aiming for a 2:1 or higher.
• Interest in ACA, ACCA or CIMA post-graduate qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in month-end and year-end processes with accurate entries.
• Validate interfaces into SAP Finance from source systems.
• Support Finance projects focusing on process improvement and monthly reconciliation templates.
• Assist in monthly Management Reporting pack with charts and comments for management.
• Act as key contact for SAP users and support system access for new users.
• Support interns across the business on Finance topics during the internship.
• Attend ad-hoc tasks as directed by Finance Management.
