Job summary

The position requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex regulatory change programs in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the Finance functional area and controls.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage tight deadlines.
• Experience in data modelling and translating data into practical solutions.
• 4-6 years’ relevant experience expected for the role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance colleagues and across the Firm to deliver projects.
• Own and deliver individual and team workstreams and manage risks and issues.
• Adhere to risk/ regulatory standards, policies and controls.
• Act as a culture carrier and uphold Firm values.
• Conduct business analysis for the Finance Data Renovation stream in an Agile environment.
• Document current and future state processes and perform gap analyses.
• Develop relationships with squads across departments and regions.
• Lead or contribute to key project work streams building out regulatory rules.
• Leverage AI tools to perform data analysis and support change management.
• Plan and execute testing with stakeholders.
