Morgan Stanley in Glasgow is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Director AVP Equivalent) to join the Change the Bank team. You will blend hands-on data investigation with business analysis and project management to drive outcomes across global teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex data, business analysis or transformation initiatives within a large organization.
• Ability to review, manipulate and investigate large, complex datasets, identify patterns and form evidence-based conclusions.
• Strong analytical, investigative and root cause problem-solving skills, with the ability to assimilate complex information and learn quickly.

Responsabilités

• Define the business case, scope, objectives and delivery approach for data and transformation initiatives, supported by clear documentation.
• Structure and manage complex projects with detailed plans, managing scope, milestones, risks and changes with partners.
• Investigate large, unstructured datasets to identify trends, data quality issues and improvement opportunities.
• Document data flows, lineage, transformations, ownership and dependencies across the operating model.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable business insights and executive-level recommendations.
