Job summary

HSBC in Edinburgh is seeking a Change Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead change delivery across regulatory and information risk domains. You will work with Front Office, Operations, Legal and Compliance to align regional objectives and finalize robust solutions.

You're expected to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable artefacts, manage project milestones, and support post go-live ownership while coordinating across global teams.

Qualifications

• Experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst with knowledge of regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead change delivery with engagement and collaboration with Front Office, Operations, Legal and Compliance creating alignment across regions.
• Work with business partners to clarify requirements, identify problems and opportunities and propose solutions.
• Chair and facilitate meetings and workshops with global/senior stakeholders to share regulatory requirements, agree solutions and drive consensus.
• Refine and distil requirements that can be consumed and implemented by various teams.
• Manage the wider team’s project deliverables with milestones, risks, escalations and dependencies.
• Embed change initiatives in BAU through delivery activities and post go-live support.
