The role supports continuous improvement and implementation of S/4 Hana and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), serving as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions to support informed financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Stabilizing & Driving Adoption of S4 HANA & SAC: Assess and address process inefficiencies, monitor KPIs, provide training, and support global process embedding.
• Continuous Improvement of S4 HANA & SAC: Gather feedback, liaise with developers, implement enhancements, and support testing and deployment.
• Monitoring & Reporting on KPIs: Track, report, and analyze KPIs to improve finance processes and system adoption.
• Support for Business Units: Lead adoption efforts, support process design, and provide training and communication.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• At least 5 years’ experience in Finance, preferably in manufacturing financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Understanding of end-to-end finance processes, operational change management experience, and SAP S4 HANA expertise.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and technical skills.
• Knowledge of global finance master data structures.
