About the role

As a Strategic Operations Analyst you directly support our President and drive insight and structure across a fast-paced, international business. This role offers broad exposure across departments—ranging from business process and accounting to marketing, compliance, and security—and is ideal for someone who thrives in variety and wants to think like a business owner.

You’ll combine sharp analytical skills with strong business intuition, supporting strategic decision-making and enabling efficient execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the President on cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives

• Conduct analysis on business processes, financial performance, market segments, and operational metrics

• Support ongoing business needs across functions, including Marketing, Compliance, Security, and Accounting

• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and models using Excel and/or Power BI

• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc executive requests

• Help streamline internal workflows and identify process improvements
