Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group is assisting a respected family-owned manufacturing business in Chichester, West Sussex, with a temporary Finance Business Partner role for at least three months. You will deliver financial insights, lead budgeting and forecasting, and partner with operations to drive cost efficiency and growth while ensuring robust controls.

The ideal candidate holds ACA/CIMA/ACCA or is studying, has manufacturing-based management accounting experience, strong cost management skills, ERP

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification or studying towards ACA, CIMA, ACCA.
• Experience in management accounting within manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong expertise in cost management, including standard costing, variance analysis and inventory valuation.
• Proficient with ERP systems (SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
• Able to translate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders with clarity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive financial insights and management reports across the group.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes aligned with growth.
• Collaborate with operational teams to optimise costs and support business development.
• Maintain robust financial controls and drive systems enhancements for data accuracy and compliance.
• Act as a key partner in driving continuous improvement and financial excellence.
