Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group are partnering with a respected family-owned manufacturing business in Chichester, West Sussex to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a temporary basis.

You will deliver financial insights and management reports, lead budgeting and forecasting, and collaborate with operational teams to optimise costs and drive business development. The role offers flexible hours including 1 day from home and on-site parking, with a focus on continuous improvement and financial excellence.

Qualifications

• Hold a professional accounting qualification or be studying towards ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Experience in management accounting within manufacturing or production environments
• Strong expertise in cost management, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation
• Proficient with ERP systems (such as SAP, Sage, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communicator, capable of translating complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders with clarity and insight
