CMA Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for a well-established business in Chichester on a 12-month contract. The role combines strategic financial oversight with advanced reporting capabilities to support senior management.

The successful candidate will lead preparation and review of financial statements under UK accounting standards, drive improvements in reporting processes, and oversee internal and external reporting requirements on a hybrid basis.

Well-established business based in Chichester, West Sussex has an opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join the organisation on a 12 month contract. The role will offer the successful applicant the opportunity to combine strategic financial oversight with the utilisation of their technical financial reporting capabilities.

What will the Finance Manager role involve?

Leading the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with UK standards
Driving continuous improvement in financial reporting processes and enhancing internal controls
Supporting senior management with insightful financial analysis to inform business decisions
Overseeing reporting requirements for internal stakeholders and external bodies
