Sharp Consultancy is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner for a well-established manufacturing business. Provide financial insight, challenge, and commercial support to operational teams and stakeholders; translate performance into actionable guidance.
Role covers budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, product costing, cost analysis, and month-end reporting. Build relationships with senior leaders, drive efficiency and profitability, and lead financial controls.
We are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a well-established manufacturing business and play a key role in supporting business performance.
This is a highly visible role, working closely with operational teams, budget holders and senior stakeholders to provide financial insight, constructive challenge and commercial support. You will act as a trusted finance partner, helping the business understand performance, improve efficiency, manage financial plans and make informed decisions.
The role offers genuine breadth across financial planning, management reporting, product costing, performance analysis and business partnering.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with the operation, develop strong relationships across the organisation and translate financial information into meaningful insight that supports both operational performance and longer-term business objectives.
