Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:

1. Provide financial insight and strategic support to operational and senior management teams
2. Deliver accurate monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
3. Identify key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities across the business
4. Lead cost analysis and support investment decisions through robust financial modelling
5. Influence business performance through proactive engagement with stakeholders
6. Support continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting standards

About you:

1. Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
2. Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance role
3. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence at all levels
4. Excellent analytical and communication skills
