Position: Finance Business Partner (2 positions available)

Summary

We are supporting this high-growth private equity-backed business, which is looking for two Finance Business Partners to enhance their business partnering operation across the wider business.

Initially, you will be involved in automating a number of processes, enabling the role to become more commercially focused.

We seek individuals who are part-qualified through to fully qualified and have a passion for commercial finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports and statements to regulatory and internal deadlines.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to understand business objectives and develop financial strategies aligned with group goals. Provide proactive financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads and business leaders. Act as a trusted advisor, fostering collaboration between finance and other units to improve financial performance.
• Assist in developing and maintaining budgeting and forecasting models.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring robust and well-informed inputs.
• Take ownership of budgets and forecasts for delegated subsidiaries, collaborating with departments to gather data and insights for realistic planning.
