The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two new Finance Business Partners to join the Finance team at Nottingham College. Several new posts are being recruited as the team grows to meet the demands of a growing college. We are looking for someone passionate about partnering, who will build strong working relationships with budget holders and be a key player within the finance team.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be involved in month-end processes, budgeting, and forecasting. Most importantly, you will act as the link between Finance and the rest of the College for your areas. We seek a candidate who can see the bigger picture, monitor budget variances, and understand the business's nature and challenges. Through well-planned, regular meetings with your areas, you will review month-end results, discuss possible actions, and ensure open communication channels while embedding best practices.
