We are recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Team. Our team works hard, enjoys fun, and celebrates success.
This role offers variety, reflecting the diverse activities of our organisation. To keep things engaging, business areas are rotated every 1-2 years. You will act as the Finance Director for your supported area, providing holistic, involved, and excellent services including planning, reporting, governance, and decision support.

Reporting to the Principal Finance Manager, you will work alongside six other Finance Business Partners, providing management accounting and decision support to management teams, covering financial planning, analysis, commercial support, performance monitoring, and reporting. Governance tasks such as audits and risk assessments are also key components.
You will be responsible for managing your performance and contributing positively to team and organisational objectives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and value for money. Developing positive stakeholder relationships through mature people skills is essential.
