Join Our Team as a Finance Business Partner!

Are you a financial expert with a passion for data analysis and business intelligence? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can make a real impact? If so, we want you on our team!

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business users by providing critical financial insights through key BI reports, thorough analysis, and proactive investigations. You will serve as a liaison between business units and our global BI team, ensuring the creation and testing of innovative BI reports that drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive reports and analyses to all business users, enhancing their understanding of financial data.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Shared Services Centre (FSSC) to resolve issues and continuously improve processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Area Managers (BAMs) and department heads to provide tailored financial support.
  • Conduct monthly reviews, preparing budgets, forecasts, and other financial plans that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure the timely completion of month-end activities and perform in-depth analysis of results.
  • Analyse sales, product performance, inventory levels, customer insights, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategies that enhance profitability.
  • Accurately calculate and prepare monthly commission and bonus payments.
  • Undertake various projects, investigations, and additional tasks as required to support business growth.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Fully qualified accountant with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proficient in SAP and BI reporting tools.
  • High competence in Excel, with experience in data handling and manipulation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong logical and analytical reasoning skills.
  • Flexible to business demands and process-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels, with the ability to explain financial concepts to a non-finance audience.
  • Strong organisational skills, capable of planning, organising, and prioritising work activities while avoiding duplication of effort.
