Job Opportunity: Finance Business Partner

Our client, an international FTSE 250 retail business based in Leicester, is seeking a permanent Finance Business Partner to join their Commercial Finance team as the number two. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting UK Cost Control initiatives
2. Deputising for the Head of Commercial Finance when necessary
3. Managing month-end processes
4. Budgeting and forecasting
5. Partnering with internal stakeholders across Retail, Security, Marketing, and other departments
6. Identifying cost-saving opportunities
7. Collaborating with Retail Directors to develop stores and enhance profitability

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in Business Partnering
• Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders
• Commercially astute
• Living within a commutable distance to Leicester
