Job summary

The CFO HQ is seeking a Finance Business Partner in Hull to provide strategic financial insight and challenge to senior stakeholders. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis to drive profitability and support executive decisions.

Joining a manufacturing environment, you will collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer and leadership team on pricing, tender viability, and margin optimisation, while developing robust financial models and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification required or equivalent
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to senior commercial stakeholders, providing meaningful financial insight and constructive challenge
• Lead budgeting and forecasting across commercial operations, supporting strategic planning
• Support executive-level reporting and presentations with the CCO and senior leadership
• Assist with commercial tenders, pricing strategies and business proposals for profitability
• Partner with commercial and operational teams on new product development, pricing models and margin optimisation
• Develop financial models and reporting tools to improve visibility of commercial performance
