Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group is excited to be recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a well-established Winchester organisation. The role centers on management accounting, financial analysis and credible business partnering across key stakeholders.

You will produce monthly accounts, forecast performance and develop KPI reporting, dashboards, and insightful management information to drive strategic and operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Experienced finance professional with strong background in management accounting and financial analysis.
• Proven track record in business partnering and stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced Excel skills with data analysis and modelling experience.

Responsibilities

• Producing monthly management accounts and supporting month-end reporting activities.
• Partnering with budget holders and operational managers to improve financial understanding and ownership across the organisation.
• Delivering detailed financial analysis, forecasts and performance reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Developing KPI reporting, dashboards and management information packs.
• Analyzing performance across service areas to identify efficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supporting annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Providing training and guidance to non-finance stakeholders to improve financial awareness throughout the organisation.
