Job summary

The CFO HQ in the United Kingdom is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a fast-growing commercial finance team. You will drive revenue reporting, analyse performance and provide insights to optimise pricing and yields, while supporting budgeting and forecasting processes across revenue streams.

The role requires 2–5 years of accounting experience with Power BI exposure and a proactive, collaborative mindset in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of accountancy experience, ideally with exposure to the commercial sector and Power BI
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Ability to communicate clearly across the organisation
• Hybrid role experience or adaptability to hybrid working patterns

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily, weekly and monthly revenue reporting suite.
• Perform business performance analysis across revenue streams.
• Provide sales insights to maximise yields and support strategic decisions.
• Review revenue-related costs and margin performance for profit optimisation.
• Own annual budget and quarterly forecasting for revenue streams and costs.
• Develop partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with reporting team to provide insights for internal/external reporting.
• Manage Junior Finance Business Partner.
