Senior Consultant - Qualified Finance at Goodman Masson

Finance Business Partner | Fintech, London based | Salary £80,000 - £90,000 + bonus & equity.

I am currently partnering with a high-growth, privately owned Fintech company looking to hire a Finance Business Partner to establish their finance function. This role reports to the CFO. The company is well-funded and profitable. Ideal candidates will have experience in SaaS or Fintech and hold ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications.

Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Strategic business partnering with international sales and marketing teams to track pipeline developments and drive company growth.
• Collaborating with international teams to analyze KPIs and SaaS metrics to enhance performance.
• Preparing decision-influencing board and leadership presentations summarizing business strategies.
• Supporting future funding rounds and becoming the primary contact for related activities.
• Creating and maintaining Excel models for budgeting and forecasting.
• Managing key processes around management reporting.
• Sourcing cost-effective service providers to support growth.
• Performing ad hoc tasks for the C-suite.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter capable of working autonomously, with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic. The role offers significant opportunities for development and growth.

You should have a good understanding of SaaS metrics and experience working with senior leadership to influence decision-making, preferably with prior experience as a business partner to CEOs, COOs, or CROs. Flexibility and willingness to support various tasks are essential in this broad, growing company.
