Finance Business Partner

London (Hybrid)

Contract Until end of 2025

HSBC are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team in London who shall be responsible for driving the transformation and association financial performance for simplification and align to HSBC simplification strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the process for tracking, monitoring and reporting across various initiatives and workstreams
• Support workstreams with projections/forecast/run book of actions including financial impacts
• Assessment of execution progress against targets and highlight any risks / opportunities for mitigation
• Develop the financial (and non-financial) metrics required to support delivery incl. saves tracking, indirects impact etc.
• Create framework to track and report the program financials in ring fenced cost centres, structures and ensure correct accounting treatment working with Financial Control
• Work with central execution team to report program financials incl. actuals and projections
• Lead on the provision of insightful commercially-driven analytics for overall program delivery and appraise senior management of status, risks and issues

Experience Required:
