This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader that continues to evolve, both through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, with significant ongoing investment in systems, infrastructure, and data capabilities. As Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting a broad range of senior stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted advisor and driving commercial performance. This is a highly visible and influential Finance Business Partner position, with a clear focus on providing meaningful insight, challenging assumptions, and shaping financial strategy. You'll support the budgeting and forecasting cycles, helping to build complex scenario-based models, and deliver the analysis needed to support smart, data-led decision-making. You'll need the confidence and credibility to challenge assumptions, influence outcomes, and work collaboratively to improve commercial results.
Key Responsibilities will include:
You'll ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent), although we're equally keen to speak with candidates who bring strong business partnering experience and commercial acumen from within large, complex environments. You'll have a proven ability to build relationships with non-finance teams, using your analytical mindset and confidence to challenge thinking and influence decisions. You'll need to be comfortable working with large volumes of data, with strong Excel skills and experience of financial modelling. Exposure to Power BI or similar visualisation tools would be a distinct advantage but isn't essential. Ultimately, we're looking for someone who's inquisitive, proactive, and driven to make a difference. Salary is dependant on experience.
