Location: Coventry (Weekly Travel involved) Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
About the Role
Are you a strategic finance professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced supply chain and logistics environment? As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning financial performance with business objectives, providing actionable insights, influencing key decisions, and driving efficiencies across a multi-site operation.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering - Advise site managers and leadership, ensuring financial decisions support business goals. Financial Planning & Analysis - Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial targets, conducting variance analysis and performance tracking.
Performance Management - Monitor key financial metrics and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Decision Support - Provide financial modelling and evaluate the impact of business initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with supply chain, operations, and procurement teams to ensure alignment with financial strategy.
Compliance & Governance - Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent).
Experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering within supply chain/logistics.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial teams.
Data-driven mindset, with expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Proficiency in financial tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP, or similar).
Ability to drive process improvements and implement cost-saving initiatives.
