About The Role

We are looking for a Finance Business Partnering Manager to join our internal finance team supporting the Consulting Business at PwC. Our Business Partnering teams work closely with employees across the business, informing leaders on key decisions, shaping engagements, building relationships, influencing, understanding, challenging, and translating numbers into business stories.

You’ll be the primary contact for finance and business decision support, collaborating with Finance Leaders and managing a team of Senior Associates and Associates. You will also build relationships with other Business Partnering teams, Finance Directors, business leaders, and PwC’s Centres of Excellence.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Use insights and analysis to support Profit & Loss management for the business unit and Finance Leads.
• Own and lead a part of the business structure, being the first point of contact for leadership.
• Collaborate on budgets, plans, and forecasts with Strategy & Planning Lead and finance leaders.
• Deliver forward-looking, insight-driven reports and commentary for future planning and performance management.
• Provide accounting advice from bid to engagement completion.

This Role Is For You If

• You possess an Accountancy Qualification (CA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent.
• You are commercially minded with a deep understanding of business.
• You can demonstrate application of accounting standards, including IFRS 15.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• You are action-oriented, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement and team development.
• You have a technology-enabled mindset and can drive change through technology adoption.
