Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to provide insightful financial analysis and strategic support.
2. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes.
3. Challenge and influence decision-making to support growth and profitability.
4. Interpret complex financial data and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
5. Support the development of business cases and investment appraisals.
6. Collaborate across departments to enhance financial awareness and accountability.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

• ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified.
• Confident and effective in communicating with non-financial stakeholders.
• Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently and within a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
