This newly created role offers you the chance to shape the commercial finance function and achieve genuine job satisfaction. You will work closely with a newly appointed Finance Director and other members of the Senior Leadership Team to provide advice and support, ensuring optimal financial decisions to drive performance and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the Finance Director and Leadership Team to improve financial performance and strategic decision-making.
• Business Case Management: Oversee the development and presentation of business cases aligned with strategic goals.
• Growth and Improvement: Identify opportunities for growth and financial enhancement leveraging your expertise.
• Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Senior Leadership Team Collaboration: Work closely with the SLT to support and influence key financial decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Fully Qualified: Hold a relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Business Acumen: Experience in producing and presenting key business cases.
• Strategic Insight: Ability to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
• SLT Experience: Experience working with the Senior Leadership Team.
