A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Finance Business Partner in the Midlands. You will support financial operations and build relationships with key teams to drive business growth. This role requires a qualified accountant with at least 3-5 years of experience in a financial role, strong stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in SAP and Excel. Location: Midlands (Hybrid)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

As the regional Finance Business Partner, you'll be the face of finance across your area - building strong relationships with key teams and stakeholders, supporting business growth, and driving operational efficiency. Duties will include:
You will be a qualified accountant or finalist with 3-5 years' experience in a broad financial role, ideally with previous exposure to commercial finance and business partnering. You'll bring strong stakeholder management skills, confidence in communicating at all levels, and a hands-on approach. Experience in a manufacturing or similarly commercial industry, along with SAP and advanced Excel skills, would be advantageous.
