About the Job

As the regional Finance Business Partner, you'll be the face of finance across your area - building strong relationships with key teams and stakeholders, supporting business growth, and driving operational efficiency. This is a commercially focused role with plenty of variety, responsibility, and opportunity to make an impact.

Duties will include:

  • Acting as a key finance representative for the region, working closely with operational and leadership teams
  • Supporting proactive planning efforts to reduce risk, optimise stock levels, and maximise margins
  • Driving consistent, informed business decisions aligned with strategic goals
  • Reviewing business performance and identifying risks or variances against targets
  • Ensuring robust business controls are in place and adhered to
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes across the region
  • Overseeing a broad range of financial performance areas including revenue, fixed costs, debt levels, and quote approvals
About the Successful Applicant

You will be a qualified accountant or finalist with 3-5 years' experience in a broad financial role, ideally with previous exposure to commercial finance and business partnering. You'll bring strong stakeholder management skills, confidence in communicating at all levels, and a hands-on approach. Experience in a manufacturing or similarly commercial industry, along with SAP and advanced Excel skills, would be advantageous.
