Job summary

OA Group seeks an experienced Finance Broker for its client in Kettering, Northamptonshire. Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, office based, with a salary of £26,000 per annum plus commission (OTE £80K+ within first year!).

Qualify leads, contact inbound enquiries, perform outbound calls to businesses, and attend meetings and networking events to build a robust pipeline. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in sales and a finance-broking background, with strong communication and customer

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous experience within Sales role.
• The ideal candidate will have come from a Finance Brokering Background.
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
• Customer service driven.
• Ability to prioritise and self-motivated.
• Must be a driver.

Duties of a Finance Broker:

• Qualifying leads
• Contacting inbound enquiries to discuss their business requirements
• Outbound calling to businesses to offer solutions
• Attending and leading face to face meetings, trade shows and networking events
• Working to realistic weekly and monthly KPI's.
• Develop a strong pipeline.
• Retain customers by offering service reviews and always be looking to cross sell.
