Ashley Kate HR & Finance is working with a growing financial services business in Corby to recruit a Finance Broker. The role suits someone who enjoys sales, wants a rewarding career in business finance, and is motivated by success.

The position offers up to £40,000 basic, DOE, plus an uncapped commission structure and pension. You'll help business owners across the UK with unsecured commercial loans and asset finance, building relationships and negotiating effectively.

We're working with a growing and ambitious financial services business based in Corby who are looking to expand their team with a driven Finance Broker. Our client provides funding solutions to business owners across the UK, specialising in unsecured commercial loans and asset finance. They offer a supportive, fast-paced environment with genuine earning potential through a strong uncapped commission structure.

About you

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales, finance, or similar commercial role
• Experience with unsecured commercial loans and/or asset finance preferred
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed
• Full UK driving licence required
