Job summary

Thermoteknix Systems Limited in the UK is seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Assistant to support daily financial operations within the finance team, including data entry, accounts payable and the use of Sage.

The role requires 3–4 years’ experience, Level 4 AAT qualification, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The position is office-based with core hours and flexible part/full‑time options available.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience in a similar finance role.
• Level 4 AAT qualification.
• Proficiency with Sage or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Posting purchase ledger invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Manage Accounts inbox and credit applications.
• Assist with preparation of Management Accounts.
• Post credit card statements and employee expenses as required.
• Support weekly payment runs and update records on Sage.
