Job summary

Delano London is seeking an exceptional Finance Assistant to join our pre-opening team, reporting to the Director of Finance. You’ll support revenue, receivables and payables while helping ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial processing for a luxury, 67-key property opening in 2026.

You’ll perform Income Audit, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks, maintain internal controls, assist with month-end close, and support audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Income Audit, AR and AP processes.
• Proficient with hotel accounting systems.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform Income Audit across hotel outlets and post to GL.
• Process Accounts Receivable including invoicing and collections.
• Process Accounts Payable including vendor invoicing and payments.
• Assist with month-end close and journal entries.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data.
