Job summary

Lighthouse Hotel Management in the United Kingdom is seeking a Finance Assistant to support the Cluster Financial Controller and hotel teams. Based at our Luton Hotel with travel to Cambridge West Hotel weekly, you will handle income audit, supplier invoices, and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial processes and reporting.

You will work with strong Excel proficiency and contribute to audit readiness while coordinating with multiple departments to maintain smooth financial

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and collaboration with suppliers and teams.

Responsibilities

Income audit, including daily banking, credit cards & revenue reconciliations.
Processing supplier invoices, including Brand affiliate invoice & supplier payment runs.
Petty cash reclaims.
Control of accounts receivable and recording receipts.
Balance sheet reconciliations for some control accounts.
Assist other departments and maintain good working relationships.
Supporting with internal and external audit requests.
Ad-hoc duties as requested by CFC or management.
