Job summary

The Bishop Fraser Trust is seeking a Finance Assistant Apprentice on a fixed-term 2-year contract. The role runs 37 hours per week with a starting salary of £25,948.

You will gain hands-on experience in the Trust and Academy finance teams, with extensive CPD and clear progression. We want candidates with GCSE English and Maths (C/4+) and A-Level standard or equivalent, plus a keenness to learn and develop a career in Finance.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
• Educated at A-Level Standard or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• To work with the Trust Finance Team to provide support to all central Trust and individual Academy staff.
• To support the team in financial transactional and administrative tasks.
• To provide excellent customer service to all external and internal stakeholders, investigating through to resolution all transactional queries.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE:
