Core Tasks

• Book-Keeping
• Posting and allocating invoices (Xero)
• Updating debtors & revenue trackers
• Crypto reconciliations with gain/loss adjustments
• Handling multiple currencies
• Understanding crypto assets & revaluations
• Reconciliation of Crypto & Fiat Accounts
• Managing accrued income & expenses
• Processing data into Gsheets/Excel
• Advanced proficiency in formulas and functions
• Cost analysis
• Monthly revenue analysis
• Assist in EU VAT report preparation

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s in accounting/finance or related
• 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Excellent English skills
• Experience with EU companies and accounting software
• Advanced MS Office & Google Suite skills
• Hands-on cryptocurrency experience

Nice to Have

• Partly qualified accountant
• Xero experience
• EU VAT experience
