What You'll Do

• Support the Month-End Close: Assist with preparing month-end accounting entries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Maintain Financial Records: Keep balance sheet accounts up-to-date with proper documentation and ensure strong internal controls.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collaborate with the accounting team on reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Cash Flow Management: Contribute to daily bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and treasury activities.
• Asset Management: Manage all aspects of CAPEX accounting, including the Asset Register, depreciation, and asset additions.
• Expense Management: Oversee contractor accruals, process employee expense data, and ensure compliance with VAT and company policies.
• Timesheet Management: Maintain weekly timesheet compliance for accuracy and completeness.
• Reporting & Analysis Support: Assist the Senior Commercial Reporting Accountant in collecting and processing data for monthly reports and analysis.
• Year-End & Audit Support: Contribute to year-end preparation and provide ongoing support during the audit.
• Project Involvement: Participate in special projects to support Group Finance initiatives.
