Job summary

Vp plc is seeking a Finance Analyst to join our finance team in Wellingborough. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will deliver robust reporting and support operational and commercial functions of the business.

The role emphasizes accuracy, use of the existing reporting suite, and collaboration with the Finance Business Partner. AAT or degree plus strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified AAT or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced skill with Excel and full Office suite.
• Experience with large datasets is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and adapt priorities.

Responsibilities

• Produce and distribute monthly and weekly reports.
• Support Finance Partner and Finance Manager with processes.
• Handle ad hoc report requests with timeliness.
• Contribute to improving reporting through feedback.
• Assist data compilation for annual budget.
• Support monthly management accounts within timetables.
• Maintain department procedures documentation.
