Job summary

Hamilton Woods is recruiting a Finance Analyst to join our collaborative finance team in Basingstoke on a hybrid basis. You will support financial reporting, budgeting and commercial analysis within a well-established organisation.

You'll work with the Regional Finance Manager and Finance Director, produce management accounts, forecasts, journals and balance sheet reconciliations, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification required.
• Practice-trained accountants are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, forecasts and monthly management accounts.
• Produce regular financial reporting and performance analysis to support business decisions.
• Monitor financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support month-end, half-year and year-end reporting processes.
• Partner with operational stakeholders, providing financial insight and analysis.
• Produce ad hoc reporting to support commercial and strategic initiatives.
• Drive process improvements across the finance function.

Are you a qualified accountant looking to develop your career in a commercially focused finance role? We're recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join a collaborative finance team, offering excellent exposure to financial reporting, business partnering and commercial analysis within a well-established organisation.

The Role

As a Finance Analyst, you'll support the Regional Finance Manager and Finance Director in delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis and robust financial control. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing financial insight that supports strategic decision-making and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

About You
