Agora is delighted to be partnering with an iconic leading retailer in their search for a Finance Analyst to support the digital and stores teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a household name as they embark on ambitious plans for 2025.

Supporting the Finance Manager and key stakeholders across the business, you will play a vital role within commercial finance and FP&A; supporting with budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting. This role would suit an ambitious individual who is capable of not only partnering with but also challenging key decision makers in order to optimise financial performance.

Responsibilities:

Supporting with budgeting and forecasting
Acting as a key business partner across multiple functions
Producing analysis on business performance
Providing commentary on sales
Reporting on KPIs to highlight risk and opportunities
Recommending measures to drive growth and improve processes
Translating financial information so non-finance stakeholders can understand
Assisting with financial modelling
Contributing to month-end close and management accounting
1 year+ experience in FP&A/commercial finance
Knowledge of retail and consumer industries (fashion, beauty, food, drink, hospitality, etc)
Actively studying towards CIMA or ACCA
Highly proficient in Excel
Capable of challenging key stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen
Analytical mindset
Budgeting and forecasting experience

Location: Central London (3 days in office)
