Job summary

Monzo is seeking a Finance Analyst to support subsidiary entities with forecasting, reporting and intercompany controls. You will ensure transactions are accurate, have strong governance, and support strategic projects.

You’ll partner with Finance Business Partners, Financial Control, Group FP&A and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial information for sound decision-making. Hybrid working from London with some in-person attendance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling multiple priorities.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work with Finance and business stakeholders.
• Experience with forecasting, reporting and variance analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly forecasts, variance analysis and reporting for subsidiary entities.
• Own intercompany charging administration ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare financial reporting for strategic projects and monitor budgets.
• Support month-end activities with journals, reconciliations and accruals.
